You can send proof of Military service ( DD214, Driver License with Veteran Status on it, VA Card) to support@kellyco.com. Please include a phone number and good time to call as we will have to place the order over the phone. We ship same day if ordered before 5 PM Eastern time and the equipment will ship from our warehouse in Knoxville, TN. Shipping to SC should not take very long.
