Hello, I would like to order the Minelab 6000 GPX (use in the Caribbean - Domrep.) From you. But first I have a very important question! Does the detector have a discrimination, for example, of small iron parts such as nails, aluminum closures etc ... or is the detector automatically only aimed at gold? (for example with a certain mode or a special coil) - Thanks View answer

I Am very interested on this metal detector and its a big ticket item to purchase and be disappointed. Before purchasing, do you offer real life testing at your location to make sure it works as advertised. I would like to bury 5 pounds of metal bolts and test it 4 feet deep and see if it will pick up signal before I'm sold to this detector. Kelly, what do you say? View answer

I'm looking for a metal detector, not expensive, to help locate property markers. One marker has been located by my neighbor, now I'm wanting to locate the rest. I do know it is anywhere from 8"-9" deep and marker top looks like a coin, not a regular rebar type. Where needing to locate, there is some barb wire about 4" from ground around where the marker might be. Would the Striker have a problem locating the marker or will it hit on the barb wire? Thanks in advance View answer
